NAET

About NAET

N.A.E.T stands for Namburdripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique. It is a non-invasive, drug-free therapy that can alleviate food, environmental, and chemical allergies and sensitivities. Developed in the 1980s by Dr. Devi Nambudripad, NAET combines principles from physiology, acupuncture, chiropractic, kinesiology, and nutrition.

How NAET Works

An allergy is an overreaction of the immune system to harmless substances (allergens), disrupting the body’s flow of energy through electrical circuits and interfering with communication between the brain and nervous system. This imbalance can trigger allergic reactions, and negatively impact health over time. NAET essentially reprograms your body’s response to the allergen by activating your nervous system while exposed to the allergen via a homeopathic vial. This process allows your body to tolerate allergens without triggering an immune response.

NAET addresses one allergen or category of allergens at a time, following the sequence of the Basic 15 protocol. For individuals with moderate to severe allergies or chronic illness, multiple treatments of the same allergen may be needed to achieve lasting results. NAET is also effective in addressing emotional and mental barriers that affect physical health.

What if I Don’t Have Allergies?

Allergies can be challenging to identify, as they often cause delayed reactions and mimic other conditions, leading to symptoms like headaches, fatigue, body pain, eczema, and digestive issues. Continuous exposure to hidden allergens may contribute to chronic inflammation and long-term health decline. At Create Wellness, we utilize NAET to address a wide range of health concerns, including those that remain unexplained or undiagnosed by conventional medicine. NAET supports your body’s ability to absorb essential nutrients, strengthens the immune system, and promotes overall restoration and well-being.

Your NAET Treatment

  • Your provider will identify an allergen through kinesiology (muscle testing) using homeopathic vials, or through labwork if available.
  • While you hold a homeopathic vial of that allergen, your provider will use an activator to massage points along your spine to stimulate the nervous system.
  • To support your NAET treatment, you will receive either acupressure or acupuncture, depending on age and preference.
  • After the treatment, you will be instructed to avoid the allergen for 24 hours to allow your body to reset.
  • At your next visit, your provider will muscle-test you with the homeopathic vial to determine if you have cleared the allergen.

NAET for Children

✓ Safe      ✓ Gentle      ✓ Non-invasive

At Create Wellness, we have extensive experience working with children, starting as early as newborns just weeks old. Children are especially responsive to NAET and often experience quicker improvements than adults. NAET can address a range of pediatric conditions, including colic, eczema, allergies, asthma, digestive issues, and behavioral challenges. We support our young patients through all stages of childhood, helping them battle colds, improve focus in school, and manage hormonal changes.

“NAET can offer amazing results if one is willing to trust alternative treatment. My kids and I have been successfully treated for allergies and perimenopause symptoms, respectively, by Dr. Nikzad. The NAET treatment is revolutionary.”

Frequently Asked Questions

The Basic 15 forms the foundation of NAET treatment. These are essential nutrients and systems that must be addressed first to strengthen the body’s overall resilience. By focusing on these key elements, we ensure your body is primed for more advanced treatments, improving your overall response to NAET. The Basic 15 includes:

  • BBF (Brain/Body Balance)
  • Egg Mix
  • Calcium Mix
  • Vitamin C Mix
  • B Complex
  • Sugar Mix
  • Iron Mix
  • Vitamin A Mix
  • Minerals
  • Salt Mix
  • Grain Mix
  • Yeast Mix
  • Stomach Acid
  • Digestive Enzymes
  • Hormone

The number of sessions depends on:

  • The severity and duration of your condition
  • The number of allergens or sensitivities identified
  • Your body’s healing pace

Patients typically begin with weekly sessions and adjust frequency as they progress. Initial treatments often focus on the Basic 15, creating a strong foundation for addressing more specific allergens.

  • Upon arrival, please use the restroom and wash your hands.
  • Avoid wearing scented lotions, perfumes, or colognes that may trigger reactions in other patients.
  • Eat well before your appointment due to the dietary avoidance that may follow after treatment.
  • If you are planning to receive acupuncture with your NAET, wear loose, comfortable clothing that can be rolled up past the elbows and knees. If needed, we can provide towels for draping.

Reactions to NAET vary based on the individual and severity of the allergy or sensitivity. Common responses include:

  • Positive Effects: Relief from symptoms, feelings of relaxation, or improved clarity.
  • Temporary Symptoms: Fatigue, runny nose, headache, or mild dizziness as the body adjusts.
  • Emotional Release: NAET often addresses stagnant emotions tied to physical symptoms, which may surface during or after treatment.

Some patients experience a “healing crisis,” where symptoms temporarily worsen before improving. This is normal and indicates the body is working to heal.

NAET addresses both physical and emotional aspects of health by clearing energy blockages that may stem from unresolved emotions. These stagnant emotions can interfere with the body’s natural healing process.

During treatment, patients may experience emotional releases or heightened awareness of feelings. Self-care practices, such as meditation, deep breathing, yoga, and EFT tapping, can support emotional balance during the healing journey.

It’s important to note that NAET is not a substitute for traditional mental health care. Patients experiencing significant emotional challenges should continue seeking support from mental health professionals.
