I became a naturopathic doctor due to my personal health challenges throughout my teens and 20s. Seeking help from doctors often left me frustrated and unheard, with responses like “your labs look normal” and prescriptions that didn’t address the root cause. This led me to delve into researching how to best support my body and healing, focusing on nutrition and spending time in nature, which had a profound impact. These experiences motivated me to pursue naturopathic medicine, aiming to share these insights with others. They inspired my commitment to offering individualized and holistic care, where I prioritize listening, understanding each person’s unique history, and thoroughly investigating the root causes of their health issues.
I began my academic journey with a Bachelor of Arts in International Development, which sparked my passion for understanding different cultures and global health. This degree gave me the opportunity to live abroad in Kenya, an experience that profoundly shaped my perspective on healthcare and wellness.
Traveling has always been a significant part of my life, and I’ve been fortunate enough to visit over 40 countries. Each place has offered unique insights and I love bringing these experiences into my practice and personal life.
When I’m not working with patients, I love to cook and do anything nature related (camping, hiking, etc)!
I am committed to enhancing lives through comprehensive, holistic healthcare and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health journey. Joining Create Wellness aligns with my mission to provide patient-centered, integrative care that promotes vibrant, balanced living.
